gotta keep an eye out.

when i was on my trip to boston, i was thanking the travel pca for taking me to boston and she said to me, "i was wondering IF you were ever going to take a trip again. then amy called me and asked me to take you to boston and i was glad you did! it's nice going somewhere OTHER than new york." then i said, "well.. i remember bringing up to brian A LONG TIME AGO living in massachusetts and he said he thinks we should just stick with new york. so i ASSUMED that he was unencouraging because of how much it costs to live there but i've been looking at prices here and it's NOT expensive. it's actually CHEAPER than new york a lot of the time and i actually could find that apartment which is actually subsidized in massachusetts and they don't have ANY in new york." plus, the particular apartment we actually toured actually looked like a nice place to live. my very first apartment in minneapolis was subsidized and that place was a SHITHOLE- mice, bed bugs, roaches.. you name it- it had it but it was my first apartment- so i tried to make the best of it. with that said- i didn't really expect much from the apartment we looked at but it actually surprised me because it looked better than what i assumed. i also had searched online to see if i could find any pictures of the inside of that particular apartment and i found some- it was REALLY small but it looked livable. just hope it doesn't turn out like minneapolis with the mice, bed bugs, roaches, and other bugs. i'm gonna check on my application status tomorrow because the people at the apartment when we checked it out told us to call on monday to check my application status. now i'm gonna watch the vikings- we're underdogs as usual and they better not disappoint me again.
